When you sign up to vitally, you receive an “activate your account” email. You need to click on the link and choose a password. Once you have done this, you can log in to your account here. If you can’t find the email just get in touch at hi@vitally.com and we’ll sort it out for you.

Yes, once logged into your account, click on 'Manage 订阅s' and then click on 'Change Date' (next to the Next Order Date Info).

Firstly, you need to be signed in to your account. Then go to our 'products page' and click on the 'add to existing pack' button. A pop up will then allow you to choose which subscription you would like to add the product to (if you have more than one subscription).

Once you are signed in to your account click 'Manage 订阅', then click 'More Options' at the bottom of your subscription. A button will appear called 'Products in your subscription', when you click on this you will be given the option to remove products from your subscription.

Easy, just Sign In and head to 'Manage 订阅', click on 'More Options' > 'Payment 信息' and then edit.

Easy, just Sign In and head to 'Manage 订阅', click on 'More Options' > 'Address & Shipping Info' and then edit. You may need to update both, your billing and shipping address, if you’ve moved house.

You need to email us at hi@vitally.com and we'll do it as soon as possible. Please consider that the cut off date to cancel any given months order is one day before the monthly shipment date.
